Payroll Services

Similarly to our financial process services, RKF can provide a complete payroll and HR function, which can be in-house at client’s premises, using their own files and software, or managed off-site, held in our secure-locked premises and on our own Sage software package. This service can incorporate both monthly-run and weekly-run options.

*  Processing and reconciliation of PAYE and National Insurance, in line with HMRC requirements.
*  Production and submission of P45, P11D, P32, P60, P35.
*  Production of payslips.
*  Production of payroll summary reports.
*  Calculation and implementation of Statutory Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Student loans
    and other deductions.
*  Production of payroll journals for posting to accounts.
